We are a modern, export oriented manufacturing company with expertise in design, fabrication, and servicing of sheet metal and stamped parts. Our high efficiency organization, coupled with an excellent management system and advanced design techniques allows us to operate with a quick development turn around time. Founded in 1987, Xingyi has consistently incorporated the latest technology available. Our production area consists of over 17,000 square meters of factory floor space with a fixed asset base of more than 20 million Yuan. In 2003 our sales exceeded 50 million Yuan. Xingyi has developed a highly skilled professional staff that currently numbers over 300 people with an additional 50 devoting their time to our talented management/technical team. We have been able to develop professional design skills in sheet metal, tooling, welding, surface treatment, and industrial modeling. Advanced production equipment from Muratec (Japan) and others has been integrated with great success. Other equipment includes Digital Punching Machines(16T, 63T, 100T, 315T, 400T), Amada Vipros 357 Q and tooling, Aircompressor-EP30-30HP Ingersoll-Rand, Port-A-Cool, Electric Welder Cleaner Kit, Digital Bending Machines, KCI(Korean) Electrostatic Powder Coating Machine, Hydraulic Punches, Presses, and Shears, Argon Arc Welding, German CO2 Protected Welding System, and various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc. We also maintain our own in-house Quality Control and Precision Measurement Dept.
